VI Peel
VI Peel is a medium-depth, medical grade chemical peel. VI Peels offer a range of benefits including improving skin tone and texture, reducing acne and scarring, and diminishing signs of aging. They are also effective in fading pigmentation, reversing sun damage, and promoting a more youthful, radiant complexion

Safe For all Skin Types
Like other chemical peels, a VI Peel works by exfoliating your skin and stimulating the production of new proteins. The procedure is commonly used to treat signs of aging, improve skin texture, and correct pigmentary issues.
Cost: $325 per peel
The Process
The process typically takes around 30 minutes and involves a series of steps: cleansing, peel application, and a period of waiting before washing off the peel. Peeling usually begins around day three and can last for several days, with noticeable results appearing within a few days after treatment.

1. Preparation and Application:
-
Consultation and Skin Assessment: Before the peel, a consultation with your provider is essential to determine the best VI Peel formulation for your skin type and concerns.
-
We offer a variety of peel formulations including ones that treat aging, acne, and/or sun damage.
-
-
Cleansing and Prepping: The skin is thoroughly cleansed to remove makeup, oil, and debris.
-
If possible, come to your appointment with a freshly cleansed face. If you are unable to do so that is ok.
-
-
Peel Application: The VI Peel solution is applied in multiple layers while your provider assesses your skin and how it is tolerating the treatment.

2. Post-Application and Peeling:
-
Waiting Period:
The peel is left on the skin for a specified time (usually several hours) before being washed off.
-
Initial Appearance:
You might experience some redness or a tanned appearance immediately after the peel, which is normal.
-
Peeling:
Peeling typically starts around day 3 and can last for a few days, with some people experiencing more or less peeling than others. Your skin will peel however much it needs to peel. Trust the process.
-
Peel Completion:
Peeling usually concludes by day 7, revealing smoother, clearer, and more even-toned skin.

3. Aftercare:
-
Avoid Sun Exposure: During the peeling process, it's crucial to minimize direct sun exposure and use sunscreen.
-
Moisturize: Moisturizing can help soothe the skin and minimize the appearance of peeling. You will be sent home with an anti-itch cream and a sunscreen to apply during the peel process.
-
Gentle Cleansing: You will also be sent home with a gentle cleanser to use during the peel process.
-
Follow Instructions: Follow the specific aftercare instructions provided by your provider for best results.
